Our Return & Refund Policy is effective 60 days from your product is purchased and paid by you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

This guarantee applies to both international, in between Suppliers and Our Overseas Warehouse and domestic use only.

Photos of the defective product must be submitted to bynuffelproject before any repair, replacement or credit to be authorized.

 This is a limited warranty and specifically excludes liability for consequential property or commercial damages. 

bynuffelproject not liable for alleged or actual injury, death, or damage arising from negligence or misconduct by purchaser or dealer. Additionally any claims from the purchaser must be made through the below online warranty claim directly.


Handling fee Are CHARGEABLE for return item.

 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Handling fee chargeable to buyer upon returning the order. Refer our RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Fixed Handling Fee of:

 RM50 per item will be charged - Upfront deducted from your refund account for item valued less than RM500

RM100 per item will be charged - Upfront deducted from your refund account for item valued more RM501-RM1500

RM150 per item will be charged - Upfront deducted from your refund account for item valued more RM1501-RM1999

RM200 per item will be charged - Upfront deducted from your refund account for item valued more RM2000 onwards.

Client is advice to return the goods within 14 days of goods received for validity of REFUND TRANSACTION. Any beyond 14 days without our consent, will not be entitled.

* Delay in Delivery Due To Natural Calamity/ Disaster & Government Policy. This delays are not under our control but we will extend your Buyer Protection till your order is delivered.

Arrangements for return drop-off/pick up will be advice upon decision making. 

We are using local Delivery Partners services to ease the return item transaction. 


Acceptance of Goods

1) Once item/s received, kindly need your favor for some PHOTOS to be taken on the inner & outer package, & the item/s condition.

2) If any default/damaged found, kindly to take some VIDEO RECORDING and photos as a proof for return and refund purposes according to our T&C. 

3) Photo of invoice order letter given by the delivery team.

What is covered under this guarantee?

In that period any manufacturing defect will be replaced. Limited warranties are non-transferable.

Bedframe

This guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship in the following components of the mattresses and/or bed bases described above from the date of purchase. 

Wooden frame, slats and springs in mattress bases.

Wooden frame and slats in slatted bed bases.

Sofas & armchairs

This guarantee applies to domestic use only and covers defects in material and workmanship in frames and seat and back cushions when used with the intended frames.

Table, Console, Chest Drawer, 

High Table /FRAGILE ITEM 

This guarantee covers if damage/breaks upon receiving from our LORRYMAN team. If unable to proper checked upon receiving, kindly to put note on the order receipt as – NO CHECK.

To checked the outer box/package as well the item itself. 

What is not covered under this guarantee for all products?

1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause.

 2. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process

3. Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product

4. Cracks during the random displacement

5. Product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood

With time solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called as checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product.

As per the industry standards, unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is not a warranty.

This guarantee does not apply to all our collection products, neither to products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. 

This guarantee does not apply if the products have been placed outdoors, in prolonged direct sunlight or in a humid environment e.g. bathroom. This guarantee does not apply if the products have been used for public use, outdoors or in a corrosive environment.

 This guarantee does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.

This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damages.

All claims depending on product circumstances and it is solely at the management discretion

Your Responsibility (This Policy Does Not Covers):

1. Ordered Wrong Product: This includes ordered the wrong colors or size.

Incorrectly Shipping Address: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.

2. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause.

3. Damage caused by normal wear and tear 

4. Buyer No Longer Wants The Item: The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

5. Buyer Change decision: Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

6. Misuse Of The Product: Accidental Damage, Water Damage, or any sort of abuse to the purchased product.

Our Responsibility (This Policy Covers):

Faulty Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.

• Wrong Item Sent: If we send product, color, or size wrongly 

Manufacturer's Warranties

1) bynuffelproject manufacturer’s warranty is voided if the furniture is moved from the original delivery address.

2) The warranties effective immediately as your purchase date.

MATERIAL

CUSHION

All seat cushion cores and foams will soften with normal use and will conform to the shape of the user. This shall be considered as normal wear, and shall not be considered a loss resiliency or manufacturing defect.

UPHOLSTERED FABRIC

All upholstered fabric shall not be covered for tears, flattening or nap, pilling, fading, or shrinking and is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse evident.

LEATHER/ART LEATER/PU LEATHER/NAPPA LEATHER/LEATHERRETTE

Leather is a natural product, and such each hide will reflect its own individually. Some variations of shade and tone are to be expected, as are the nicks, scratches and wrinkles that only occur in genuine leather; these characteristics shall not be considered as defect.

VELVETS, VELVETS TYPE,FLANNEL, PROTECTIVE FINISHES AND ORLON (ACRYLIC FIBER)

These fabrics by their very nature are soft texture and will crush, shade and mark more easily than most fabric; these characteristics shall not be considered as defect.
